Shawn was an excellent server that went up and beyond to make our birthday parties special. also the food was delicious and the ambiente was beautiful. will return!

All in all our experience was good. we found the personal barry untrained what our only disappointment was. the restaurant is beautiful and the food was delicious

Terrific location above the beach, with outdoor seating overlooking the ocean. The service was very welcoming and efficient, unique cocktails, and excellent quality food. Extensive wine list with vintage wines from around the world. Just be prepared to spend a small fortune hundreds of dollars per person with cocktails and a mid priced bottle of wine from their list.

Of course it 's expensive, it 's truly a fine dining experience at its best. Food and service were both impeccable. When we arrived by Uber to the Hotel Resort and asked how to get to Caruso 's we were told, Through the lobby, then cross the living room, down the stairs to the lawn at the end you will cross the railroad tracks, then down another set of stairs to the beach. You can 't miss it. Just as we sat for dinner on the beachfront, the sound of the train came through behind us. Superb experience!
