Michael..I just wrote a long review about how terrible your 'blond mgr ' on was at noon on Sat Nov 4th ... Don 't know her name .... She HAS NO APPRECIATION FOR CUSTOMERS. Had this occasion not been pre-arranged by someone else, I would have pulled everyone out and you would have lost 14+ lunches .... SHE WAS ARROGANT AND UNCARING AND PREOCCUPIED? Always great service, whether grabbing a takeout order from curbside or dining in after church. My children love watching the employees make the pizza through the long window by the service line. Great clean facilities for cleaning up the young and old. Staff is very accommodating and have brought out the kids meals first to help keep the kiddos satiated while we waited for our food. I visited Pizza Shack for the second time, and I must say their extensive menu has something for everyone in the family. We were there to celebrate a birthday and tried a variety of dishes, from pizza to seafood pasta. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, and the service was excellent!
