Lloydie's St-viateur - Montréal

Rice was hard. Oxtail was salty and had no spice. The spicy beef patty, for whatever reason, is sweet. Its like whoever made it mixed up the salt and sugar.

Loved my experience here! Friendly staff, cool atmosphere, chill vibe. Jerk chicken plate was so, so good. A great portion size, and the plantains and slaw brought so much to the tastes, textures and balance of flavour. Truly loved it, wish I had Lloydie's in my city! Took two patties to go so I could enjoy even more Lloydie's later!Also, house made ginger beer was perfectly spicy and sweet!

This spot hit all the cravings we had for some fire jerk chicken and some bomb oxtail!!! Must visit, would definitely come back again!We got the jerk pork as an extra side due to confusion but it was also really good!

Ordered via ubereats. Now I'll admit it doesn't look very appetising from the pictures here but the oxtail stew is incredible! Even with 30 minute delivery time. Jerk chicken (well seasoned tender) and plantain (soft sweet) are delicious as well. And I love their spicy sauce! (Not too spicy) Everything I ordered was good, it left me a good impression of Caribbean food. Would order again. Now for the downside is that it feels a bit expensive to me (I'm poor)Can't speak about authenticity because this is my first time trying Caribbean food.

Came here for the first time after ordering uber eats for the last 2 years. Great place! Food is great as always! Great 2 guys manning the restaurant. He came personally to my seat and served my plate with napkins. Definitely coming back in person whenever im downtown.
