McDonald's - Montréal

This McDonald's is great! I have no complaints. The food always tastes good and the delivery is fast.

We waited for two hours for our order and still didn't receive it. The restaurant only had three employees working, causing long wait times. They even lost our order information despite us paying in the store. After negotiating, we continued to wait with no results. We had to give up our plans for the day and were very frustrated. We will never return to this restaurant and suggest that you avoid it as well.

The service at this restaurant is terrible, the staff is incompetent, and everything takes forever. They even managed to mess up a simple black coffee, which is hard to believe. I would not recommend dining here. If they can't even get a coffee right, who knows what they do to the food. The staff at this McDonald's seems to have a lower IQ than the number of employees. It's best to avoid this place at all costs.

Wait time in the drive-through superior to 30 minutes. They only did 3 cars during that time....Left without

This is by far the worst McDonald's i have ever been too. The night staff is terrible , slow , rude... i dont ecen know how this place is still open to be honest 20 min wait at drive thru for a trio ..
