Avaliação da contribuiçãoProbably one of the best restaurants in the city. Fantastic service and menu, even if we are in a pandemic environment. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely professional. The wine pairing was well done. I love the fact that the restaurant has a great atmosphere despite its size. I also like the fact that we can reserve at night.
A truly amazing culinary experience in the Tuck Shop is located in the Saint-Henri district of Montreal, Quebec. Each dish from the menu was delicious and unforgettable. On the menu: • Seafood plated: Half lobster, 6 oysters, scallops, shrimp cocktail, salmon rillette. • Grilled octopus: capers, garlic butter Grenobloise. • Kamouraska Lammtarre: Baba ghanoush, menthe, lavash. • PEI Rib Steak for two: Black trumpet mushroom sauce, creamy, Hasselback potatoes. Dessert: • Dark chocolate bar: Graham cracker, hazelnuts, raspberry sorbet. • Yoghurt panna cotta: Citrus supremes A massive thanks to Brian @mtlraised), who artistically whipped a beautiful, fresh seafood tower within moments and Jeremy for the amazing service. Excellent small plates and Entrees. Tuck Shop is worth it. The food is incredible and the service is exceptional. The staff was present without being overlaid. I can't recommend the pig bell or the duck enough. Both were incredible. Although the atmosphere is very busy, it is cozy to create a funny lively atmosphere.
Take all my money! My husband and I spent a week in Montreal for our honeymoon. I grabbed a table at the Tuck Shop on Friday at 5:00 and was really not sure what to expect. We could not see the current menu in advance, and for our Friday night honeymoon meal it felt like a bit of gambling. It proves to be the best meal all week. The service was excellent. The establishment in the restaurant is underlined, clean and leaves room for the dishes to shine. Amazing fungus starter, the best pigstop of my life, and an incredible healbutt bowl. Really incredibly takes what you think sounds like a familiar dish with so much more in business.
Wow, thoroughly impressed by Tuck Shop. Delicious oysters and razor clams. The duck dish was great too. And to top it off, that coconut pie like a cloud! I was actually surprised how light each dish was. We were not super hungry so appreciated being able to still enjoy the meal thoroughly without committing to large portions. On the beverages front delicious cocktails.
