Avaliação da contribuiçãoI wanted my favorite Fast Food Burger Superstar. I used the purchase to get a free voucher from the post. The lady there also let me use a second voucher to cut the cross Fry 's for $1.29. What a lot. I spent less than $10 to get 2 burgers and a crucifix of pommes. 5 STARS!
My favorite fast food chain, with the most delicious sandwiches, the west is rock solid, and so is their chocolate milkshake!
I absolutely love Carl 's Jr. However my order was absolutely horrible and to me unedible. It wasn 't what I ordered at all. I ordered a Famous Star. The lettuce was wilted it had a smashed,smooshed reminance of a tomato, so no tomatoes, no onions, nopickles, and old bread. I ordered and asked for fresh unwilted vegetables xtra onions fresh lettuce and tomatoes and I lovepickles it had no pickles and the burger was cold the bun was old and crumbly it was the worst experience at Carl 's Jr. I 'veever had. Why is the quality of the food going down? I 'm very disappointed after spending over $30 and I tried to call andcomplain but all of the numbers say the mailbox is full. the least I would like and i deserve a refund. T
This Carl's jr in particular was very empty , we stop after a movie, i order a simple sandwich, no fries or soda . I paid almost 10$, I thought it was expensive, not even a 6$ big burger. Same as my son and daughter. Over 30$ for 3 sandwich was alittle too much. Because is a hole in the wall. Not a nice joint with nice surroundings.
March 2014 Seems like they get my special order wrong every other time I go in or drive thru. Consistently. For all three years Ive lived down the street. Very frustrating. Happened again today and I had to write this. September 14 2022 Nothing haschanged here over the years. Customer service is still the worst of any fast food shop I've ever visited. I always avoid thisplace but since it's around the corner, and I'm in a hurry, and they're open 24 hours, I'll give it another chance now and thenbut I'm consistently let down. Happened again today. They basically denied to give me my bought and paid for (confirmed viabank) order and told me too bad nothing they can do it's not in their system despite showing them the receipt. This restaurantis run by thieves. Buyer beware.
