Avaliação da contribuiçãoI went to settle my bill at this restaurant, but was met with insensitivity due to a family death. The staff decided to hand my check over to collections, even though I had already dropped a payment in the mail. They claimed they had called about the situation, but I never received any such call. These heartless people couldn't even wait a week for the payment to arrive. I will never return to this establishment again. They only have a basic first aid kit, if you're lucky.
The food is excellent and good for you. The presentation is beautiful and the taste was delicious as always. This new dish on the menu is created by the chef.
This is the worst restaurant I have ever had to deal with. My mother was unable to eat, could not get the order right, and is not well enough to be at home in any condition. They released her and told us to pick her up when she is ready. This place is terrible. The chefs are awful, the waitstaff is incredibly rude. I will never bring my mother back here or go there myself. Please do not go here, you will regret it.
I don't usually write reviews, but after my experience, I felt the need to give a review. My father had to be taken to the ER while I was here visiting from out of town so this of course was my first and only experience here at Montrose Regional, but certainly not my first visit to a hospital. I was extremely happy with the staff and the doctors and was much more at ease when we had to leave my Dad overnight as I knew he was in good hands. All we encountered were so nice and seemed to genuinely care. They were very accommodating and always willing to answer any questions. The hospital was also clean and even the food was a high five. Our experience here was nothing but positive.
I had to go in for a small scale surgery recently I was treated so well! Dr. Hanley completed the surgery perfectly, as usual, but on top of that the rest of the staff made me so comfortable. It’s never an enjoyable experience having to go into the hospital have surgery but everyone was so patient calming. The anesthesiologist answered all my questions all the nurses, Victoria, Tim, Miriah Wendy, we’re all so friendly. Keep up the good work, guys thank you for easing my anxiety!
