Chipotle Mexican Grill - Moore

Food was delicious, service a little distracted and slow, lobby was pretty messy. Had to clean a table before we could sit.

Staff always seems overwhelmed. Hire more people or give them more breaks.

This just isn't a good chipotle location. Doesn't ever taste fresh and is below standard when compared to other locations.

I’ve been doing mobile orders because I absolutely love the quesadillas but it never fails, the cheese gets stuck to the container therefore leaving hairy looking cardboard on the food (see photos). The quesadillas really need to be wrapped in foil, the sides should be bigger, and for the love of god use measuring cups. The amount of food you get definitely depends on the chipotle workers mood that day.

I ordered a carne asade burrito that never had any meat in it besides just straight rice beans. Bailey was her name that prepped my order.
