Caribou Coffee - Moorhead

I love coming to get my coffee here. I wish it was open at 5am when I go to work. My coffee is always consistent in flavor. I love the campfire mocha. The workers are friendly and have remembered my order which is nice. Abby is a great worker and always has a friendly smile.

I absolutely love Caribou! Their service is consistently quick, and they're always willing to accommodate your requests for specialty drinks. They offer plenty of choices, including sugar-free, low-carb, and even dairy-free options. Plus, a great perk is their happy hour after 2 PM, which features half-price drinks at all locations in Hornbacher's!

On one occasion, I specifically asked if they had honey because I enjoy mint tea with honey; I wouldn't have ordered it if they didn’t have honey. They assured me they did, but after placing my order, there was no honey available at the counter. I had to wait over five minutes while they checked the delivery truck for it, only to find out it wasn’t there, so I ended up just asking for a refund. I’ve also been late for work because of the delays in receiving my orders, and I couldn't leave the drive-thru lane. I keep hoping they'll improve, but I'm starting to lose faith that things will get better.

This is the best Caribou location you have. The staff goes above and beyond every time. We especially love visiting when Olivia is working. She is great and our little boy loves to visit with her.

Caribou is always pretty good, I like their mochas the best. As far as the big chain coffee shops go, these guys are at the top of the list.
