Boston Pizza - Moose Jaw

I know several Boston Pizza and this one is definitely the worst. We were 7 people including a child and an elderly person on Dec31 2022. The restaurant was not full, around 6pm. They took a long time to serve the drinks and they still arrived wrong. The employee seemed not to have been trained and the rest of the staff (around 4) talking in the background and just the inexperienced trying to serve. A family at the next table left before they got their drinks (they waited a long time). The food was cold, the coleslow was rotten, the chicken wings and pizza were raw. I went to talk to the supervisor but still nothing helped. It seemed that everyone was lost, without leadership, without standard and care, from the chef to the supervisor. Finally, they sent the completely wrong account. This was the worst experience I've had at Moose Jaw and I don't believe this is the standard for this great brand.

Our Lacrorosse team dived today for lunch between games, and if I could choose more stars, I would! The service at all levels was fantastic, fast and friendly!!! We had 14 guys between 8 and 11 and then all their parents and families, and the server took the time with each of the children. They all got exactly what they ordered, and even if our team was a little roudy, the server smiled and worked hard. It was also nice to see managers who support their employees, smile, be friendly, and be so great role models. Thank you for a great meal and experience!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 atmosphere: 5.
