To stand out the waiters of the night. the hotel without more, behind them for the change of towels and bathrobes, and the bottle of wine. at the spa together with a group of 3 very scandalous people....3 out of service.

To be a 4 star hotel lets you wish. At the spa 3 facilities were out of service. in the hydration zone there was only water, when on other occasions you can find juices or infoiones. Besides, along with my partner, we had to share shifts with 3 other people who just screamed and nobody told them anything, supposedly this is a relaxation area...We booked two nights with spa and dinner, and the second day we had to claim the bottle of champagne. When cleaning up, we didn't change the towels or bathrobes, so we had to ask for change, as they had not dried because the radiators didn't work. The menu included in the jotito pack although the food was very good. the second day we changed to the tasting menu, and exquisite. The waiters a ten-fold attention.

Excellent treatment of all staff, very good facilities and a great quality in the restaurant. to repeat!

Cleanliness and maintenance well, but breakfast lets you wish. remained bar, serrano ham but not teruel., without bread, mal served. expensive for service
