Baskin-robbins - Morehead City

I had to give this Baskin-Robbins 5 stars. First off, the employee who took our order had excellent customer service, but what really stood out and deserved 5 stars was the friendliness of the staff there. My father accidentally left with his credit card, and the employee at the window quickly shouted for him to stop. He then leaped out of the window to catch up to him and return the card. After handing it back to my father, he jumped back through the window. It was a fantastic experience!

Every time I left this restaurant, I had a terrible experience. The staff members were not helpful, the manager was no better, and the situation only got worse.

Avoid eating at Baskin Robbins in Morehead City! I ordered a watermelon ice cream tonight, and while eating it in the dark in the truck, we discovered chocolate chips in it. After turning on the truck light, we found numerous flies mixed in the ice cream. We have no idea how many flies we actually ate, but we both feel sick to our stomachs.

I just got the watermelonnice and after eating numerous bites in the car we thought that something has expired so that we turned on the truck light and see there were numerous frozen flying mixed in our ice! my man and I are sick. there's no idea how many fly we ate. at the return to the load seemed the manager unapokal and not worried about the situation. will never eat here again and will encourage others to do the same!

Ordered a jamoca ice cream, guy said there waa non.. So I oreder a different kind with a chocolate waffle cone, he said they didn't have any unless you get a waffle bowl. I'm sure you can dip a waffle cone in chocolate, but I'm not in the mood to argue so I said fine. He just handed me a regular waffle bowl, I just take it. As my boyfriend orders, a lady comes in and talks to a man on the dunkin donuts side and she orders a jamoca shake. I tell her they are out, she looks at me and the guy comes out of the back with a fresh tub of jamoca ice cream. So I guess they can only be bothered to check in the back for regulars. My boyfriend gets his and we went to order some coffee as well. Over all, coffee was horrible, the lady who made it didn't seem like she knew what she was doing, kept asking the guy who had went in the back what to do and both coffees turn out undrinkable. The waffle cone was stale. Just an awful experience.
