My family and I have dined here many times in the past and we keep coming back whenever we are in the mood for Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is very clean, the atmosphere is pleasantly casual and the staff are friendly. We had an enjoyable dinner here a few evenings ago and as usual we were not disappointed. The quality of the food is very good and deliciously cooked to order. Prices are reasonable, too. I highly recommend this restaurant for great, affordable Japanese cuisine.
The best Japanese in eilor road by far , much better than the one down the road , food always good service spot on , would recommend
Dropped in here for lunch with the family. Lovely quiet atmosphere. We had the two types of Bento boxes, which came with Miso soup, some sushi and takoyaki balls. It was all very delicious. Everything was made fresh and you could taste it. The tempura in the Bento boxes was particularly light and very well done. The takoyaki balls were also lovely & crisp in the outside with creamy soft centres. Some complimentary Fruit to finish of just sealed the deal. I'm definitely coming back
I went to Hyakumi for a casual dinner after work with my girlfriend and was delighted with the meal. Japanese starter staples such as takoyaki and nasu dengaku were delicious and came in relatively large servings, and we shared a shabu-shabu together that was cooked fresh on the table beside us, had a good balance of meat and vegetables, and tasted great! I found the food to be excellent for a reasonable price ($90 for two delivered a large amount of food and a glass of plum wine each). I highly recommend for casual dining.
