Amazing service!! I phoned from Canada and bought the perfect flowering cherry tree for my Mums 90th Birthday. The whole process was made simple and straightforward and even included a knowledgeable chat with someone from the trees and shrubs department. These guys then delivered at no extra charge on the big day and included a delightful little card. I really can’t thank them enough.

Went for lunch at Timothy Tea rooms. Good service and lovely food. Bought some Christmas decorations and local drinks. Happy with my visit.

Now you get 10 out of 10 in my personal Covid-19 safe league table. Well done! There was plenty of hand sanitiser available and the man at the entrance was now wearing a mask. The staff in the store and in the restaurant were also wearing masks or were behind screens. This is now a place where people of a certain age and vulnerability can feel welcome and safe!

Great place to shop for so much more than plants. So well laid out... plenty of wheelchair space and the restaurant is excellent.
