Denny's - Morganton

A little Denny's, the staff is friendly and well moistened. Service was good. Pancakes were good and serving size was generous. I was disappointed that they had no 9-garden pancakes, but I will try again. There were numerous healthy foods on the menu. Easy access/exit I-40, sufficient parking.

**** poor service for the door dashing community. 25 minutes wait after announcing I had an order… but wait that 25 minutes didn’t include food. I was asked again what I was there for and told the order was still not started. **** poor service. All employees hanging out at the bar area chilling the whole time.

We ordered take out. Two of the three orders were wrong. Husband ordered Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and instead got a roast beef sandwich with soggy (greasy) bread. Inedible. I ordered a Philly cheese steak omelette and paid extra for veggies instead of hash browns. Got the hash browns and no veggies AND the meat under the omellete smelled horrific. Like it had set raw in the sun for three days. I couldn 't eat any of it.

The food was actually good. The problem was we waited over an hour for it. Waitress didn't even really care. Not many people inside so that wasn't the excuse. Waitress didn't even check back in with us. Won't go back to this location. Tea was awful. Should have left after an hour but we were starving. 0 stars avoid this place.
