Pizza Hut - Morrisville

I ordered a pizza at 6:30 and was told they couldn't fulfill my order because they close at 7:30. I can understand if I had arrived just 10 or 15 minutes before closing, but an entire hour? The woman at the front was extremely rude and made me feel like my being there was more of a bother than anything.

This place is amazing! I really love their cheese pizza—it's one of my top choices among Target Cafes. Make sure to get a tasty ICEE slushie to go with your pizza!

I ordered a thin and crispy pizza, but when I picked up my order, it turned out to be hand-tossed. The staff didn't notify me about the change, so I drove away only to discover that it wasn’t what I had asked for. When I returned to the restaurant, the employee casually informed me that they were out of thin crust. They could have at least called to see if I wanted an alternative. I’m not a fan of hand-tossed pizza. This location really needs to work on its communication; a simple phone call would have been enough, or they could have refunded my money. This experience was quite unprofessional!
