This is my second time where they have been out of something. Today it was no napkins, no chips, no guacamole, and no Vinaigrette.
Best post workout nutrition in the area hands down. It’s like an oasis in a food desert. The tradeoff is they are out of ingredients often and customer service could be better. One time there was some spicy smoke in the area that had a lot of people coughing including myself. Other than that it’s solid.
On May 2nd I placed an online order for a burrito, chips, and guacamole. I went inside and received my order quickly. Once I arrived home, I unwrapped my burrito to find that it was nowhere near what I ordered. They gave me the wrong burrito. No big deal because things happen and customer service gave me a voucher to get another one free of charge. So I place the order again and drive all the way back to Morrow to pick it up. Only this time they gave me the wrong burrito AGAIN. I order a very simple burrito. Steak, rice, and fajitas-THATS IT! Not lettuce, not cheese, no beans, etc… So why am I getting 6 random ingredients thrown in my burrito that I didn’t ask for? WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOING IN THAT PLACE? The quality of the food has gone down tremendously over the past few years and now Ive gotta worry about order accuracy too. I will be taking my money to Moe’s.
Honestly, I like Chipotle's food but this restaurant in Morrow is a little suspicious since the cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired. And the service of the employees is not very pleasant either. They are a bit overbearing and have bad customer service.
