Avaliação da contribuiçãoOrdered the mixed asian plate. Came to table from a boxed frozen supermarket range of "party" bite size pastry vegetable rolls & samosas. I took it back & did get a refund. grateful for that. however my husband paid $19 for a chicken burger that was no better than one from McDonalds or Burger King. a real rip off. Won't be going back here.
The new owners Mark and Karen have turned this pub into a great place, kid friendly. The meals are excellent and well priced. Very close to caravan park for vistors to town. Friday nights are busy so best to book for dinner. You wont be disappointed.
Booked into a busy country pub for dinner with fire going and menu choice was large ,settling on vegetarian lasagna with salad that the serving was that big ended up taking half away for lunch the next day .I had the double cooked pork belly served with veggies and a large baked spud with sour cream ,again a large serving that you just wanted to eat the whole lot as was so nice. We then shared a sticky date and ice-cream and so glad we did as not only was it nice but a huge serving .Nothing was too much trouble for Mark the publican and great menu recommendations .
Wonderfully friendly service and great welcome. Accomodating and wonderful food in a relaxed local environment. Could not fault the food, vegetarian lasagne and thai green curry specials a hit! And then came the sticky date pudding - yum! Will be back and recommending to others.
Good old fashioned country pub with great country atmosphere and friendly welcoming service. Extensive menu choice. Although I tried the old pub favorite beef schnitzel but listed as Aussie schnitzel. The schnitzel is covered with panko crumbs. It had fresh tomato, bacon, BBQ sauce, melted cheese with an egg on top. It was well presented with a tasty salad and chips. I could not fault it. Will return with friends to try more restaurant type food that is on the menu.
