The Malt House - Mount bellew

Came for dinner after a nice man working at a small gas station and feed store about 10-15 down the road made the recommendation to us! The food, atmosphere, and staff were all really nice! One server in particular was especially sweet as well as very helpful with suggesting other places to see while we are here on vacation along with some welcomed do's and don'ts! (It's been a few days now since we were there so I'm sorry I can't remember her name but I do know she has a shorter haircut And can I just say, we've been in the country for 3 days now and I have yet to have a bad coffee anywhere (including this place !

Malt house is a great pub the food is outstanding and the staff are very friendly

Wonderful pub in a village outside of Galway city. We came in by chance in the afternoon and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Service was quick and friendly, the dinner special (roast beef) was wonderful. Probably the best meal we had in Ireland for a fraction of the price of many fancy restaurants. Just a great pub, stop in if you're ever close by.

Quiet spot ,few locals eating and drinking a few pints,,, waitresses not overly friendly and took care of the people they knew by name and forgot about me ,had to approach a different waitress,, ordered chicken supreme,bland chicken breast with wing piece, some spuds and small amount of veg 16.50 for this mediocre bland meal,,I read the reviews and had high hopes but that soon fizzled out .Food is too expensive for what it is. Overall disappointed and wouldn't stop here again.
