Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe were seated promptly and the pita bread was served warm, which were the only positive aspects of our experience. It's difficult to go wrong with salads, but the dressing lacked flavor and the chicken in the salad was tough and flavorless. A friend mentioned that the gyro was fine but not as good as lamb. The outdoor patio was pleasant, but the bathrooms could use some improvements. In conclusion, the restaurant could definitely improve in various areas.
I really wanted to like this restaurant because my family and I had talked about going after passing by a few times. We decided to stop in, expecting a busy atmosphere and possibly slow service. However, our experience was less than pleasant. Despite being told there was a 30-45 minute wait for a table, we were seated within 5 minutes, which was the only positive aspect of our visit. Our server took 10 minutes to acknowledge us, and it took an additional 15 minutes to receive our drinks. After ordering our food, we waited 45 minutes without any check-ins. When our meals finally arrived, they were lukewarm and served on paper plates, lacking seasoning. Our drinks were in plastic cups and we were given disposable silverware. I only managed to take a photo of my plate. Despite trying to maintain a positive attitude due to the busy nature of the restaurant, this was a dining experience unlike any I have had before.
I want to preface this review by mentioning that we visited this restaurant during a craft fair and it was extremely crowded. The fact that we were seated within 20 minutes was the only positive aspect of our experience. However, after waiting an hour for our food with no drink refills (we had ordered water), we tried to speak with our server. When she didn't return after ten minutes, we spoke with the manager who was dismissive and told us to be patient. The food finally arrived, but it was barely warm. Despite the busy atmosphere, some basic courtesy would have been appreciated. Instead, we were met with rudeness and arguments. It's worth mentioning that several tables that arrived after us were served and left before we received our food. Additionally, we had a diabetic in our group whose blood sugar dropped significantly due to the long wait. What happened to good customer service? Shouldn't a restaurant want their patrons to leave happy at the very least?
Went during an event; however: When we got here the wait time was 45. We got seated in maybe 10 minutes. Yay. However, it went downhill from here. The server never really greeted us and forgot my drink. I think they assumed the water I had in front of me was enough? 30 minutes later our food arrived, on paper dixie plates. At least they were the sturdy ones.. I got a chicken wrap and fries. The fries tasted like the end of a store brand bag, soggy and small. The wrap, I could have made better. Actually a 5 year old probably could 've. I don 't think the server ever came by to ask if we needed anything. The tables drinks went empty. Lastly, they took an automatic tip. That is fine, understandable even. However $25 tip for a restaurant with paper plates, throw away silverware, poor service, food that tasted out of a frozen dinner and a waiter that never even spoke 3 words or a thank you is not appropriate. By the time we left, the restaurant was cleared out as well. There were no excuses at this time.
This was the most delicious gyro I ever ate, tender with the right amount of spices. Our waitress was friendly and very Attentive
