Mcdonald's - Mount Horeb

I used the McDonalds APP. It was a very pleasant experience. I would rather wait a few minutes for fresh hot food. This is what I did. It was easy and efficient. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped at 915ish with my son on our way home from a friend 's house Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and fries for him and a crispy McChicken for me. I got an over cooked chicken on a bun with a pickle. No condiments or lettuce. It was dry and inedible. At least my kids food was ok but seems like the kitchen was annoyed I asked for the McChicken. Terrible mcdonalds, this location needs to be shut down and reevaluated for so many reasons starting with the fact that the staff closes the restaurant before the posted hours. On multiple occasions now I have come to the drive through at 10:30 just to have the staff tell me that they are closed for the night. Not to mention the quality of service is less then sub par. If you want to go to mcdonalds go to the location on odana road. This location is an absolute clown show disaster.

We visit once or twice when we are in town for camping. Disappointed this time as the sausage McMuffin muffins were old and stale. The play area is dirty and obviously neglected over several days or weeks. It really needs to be cleaned. Kid-friendliness: Has indoor play area but in bad need of deep cleaning. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
