Burger King - Mount Pleasant

On January 6 2008, I took my family to this Burger King, we took my step daughter back to C.M.U. for school, and we decided to go to Pickard St. location. We walked in and Ester (front counter) got about half of our order right, (paid for king size, and she gave us large meals), got the tray, and most of the fries were poured on the tray, not in the cartons. I noticed that we got all large fries and I told the manager on duty, that I had ordered king size, she grabbed the large fry that was on the tray (in digust) and threw it in the garbage, went to the bin and got the king size. Got to the table and my stepdaughter said she got onion rings, (only had one order on tray for my wife). Went to the counter and told manager, we didn’t get other order of rings, she asked me to bring back one of the other orders of fries. I didn’t mind doing that, but the reason for this letter is because she then took the order of fries and threw them back into the bin of fries that were already made and waiting. When she asked me to bring the order, I had to scoop up one of the large with my hands and then bring them back to her. I am very sad by this and want you to know about this. Please respond to this and let me know if anything is going to be done.
