The Junction Pizza - Mount Pleasant

This was my first and only experience with pickles on a pizza, and I must say it truly excited my taste buds!

This is, in my opinion, the best pizza place in town. The staff is consistently friendly, and I've never had a problem with my orders. The timing for pickups is usually accurate or even earlier than expected. I have no complaints at all—this is our go-to spot whenever we're craving pizza or hoagies. They also offer some delicious salads!

I really miss the person who used to manage this place years ago. I wish I could ask him for some tips.

The pizza I received didn’t meet my expectations. The cheese was evenly spread, which is positive, but the crust was nearly non-existent, buried under an overwhelming amount of cheese and sauce. It lacked that gooey, delicious cheese texture that I often associate with a good cheese pizza. Taking a bite, I questioned whether I had ordered from a pizza shop or a gas station. To make matters worse, there was no friendly greeting during the ordering process. A simple “hello” or “thank you” can make a significant difference in customer service, and the absence of that left a negative impression. I hope this was just an off day for Junction Pizza, but as a first-time customer, my initial experience fell short of my expectations.
