Mcalister's Deli - Mount Prospect

Been loving in Mt prospect for 3 years now and never knew about this place . I love salad and theirs is always fresh and good. The lemonade is amazing with a shot of strawberry

Love this place everytime we go! I always get the 2 Cesare Chicken Salad and half sandwich

McAlister's in Mt. Prospect recently catered an event for us, and I can't say enough good things about them. Great food (fresh sandwiches with a good amount of fillings), order entirely correct, super friendly when delivered, and delivered when expected!

The McAllister Club was so good, the young man who took my order was friendly and polite. I was disappointed that the extra bacon I was charged on my sandwich was not included. I told him before I left, there was no compensation. This was my first time, it'll take a while to get back. But the food was excellent

A complete sandwich was missing from my order and their app does not offer any other place to let them know to get a refund. the only possibility is to submit a generic survey on its website. it seems the last few times I order from here, they always forget something. hope that the service improves
