Chili's Grill Bar Restaurant

Went there, they so busy, but wait staff right on it. Food was great, we got nachos, one of our choices was fresh salsa, what we got was some runny watery salsa, couldn't even get it on a chip. Otherwise experience was wonderful.

This Chili's is hit or miss. If you order to-go in the evening (after 8), the staff will not come out to your car and you will have to go in and get someone's attention to even get them to start packing your order (this is between 30 minutes and an hour after the order was made). Nowhere does it say this, this is just something I've figured out on my own after sitting outside the restaurant for an hour multiple times. The food is usually good in the afternoon, but deteriorates in quality throughout the day. The service deteriorates even more quickly. For the last 2 times I've used my rewards to get free chips and salsa, I haven't received them just because there was a second order of chips and salsa in the order and the staff got confused even though it's on the receipt twice... Not a difficult concept. All and all, I would only choose this Chili's if you're willing to potentially have an issue with your order.

Was there this week and black lady bartender kinda heavy weight was rude. We could tell she was mad bc we didnt order off the menu she said would help her win some contest. Food took forever to come out and was brought out by someone else. she only came back 30 min later just to charge us. No refills no check up not togo boxes. Horrible service. We wont be back if shes there.

Manager has a good culture of friendly staff! Never a bad experience. Bar tenders and wait staff are super friendly and personable. Food is always hot and good! Love coming here.

This is the spot! Always fast, friendly service. Quality is consistent and the team always takes care of me and my family.
