Avaliação da contribuição15£ the dish, was good but the price is excessive, the piece of veal was tiny. To this you add the drink and a dessert to share between three and the joke went out for 60£ (3 dishes like the one in the picture, three drinks 200mL and a piece of cake)
I ordered Irish Stew, with 2 slices of bread. For this I received 4 small pieces of meat and some potatoes I would say maybe they had used two. This cost £13. An absolute rip off and without the bread it would have amounted to very little
Very poor value for money. Dishes are small and cheap. I had the seafood chowder which was full of potatoes and not much else. A can of coke will cost you 3 pounds. Had to go there because bus tours stop at this place
We were taken here as part of a brilliant tour with Allen Tours, well what a shame and not sure if they are involved with this place or have some favourable arrangement with them but it was awful and ruined everything that was a fab tour. As tourist you are a captive audience and exploited! Totally rip off and not nice food at all. Everything £9.95 even a sandwich where you also have to have soup which I refused but still got charged £9.95 for a small piece of smoked salmon and a tiny amount of lettuce going brown….disgusting! Said made fresh but came from under a cloth at the back of the counter… the worse sandwich I’ve ever had and the most expensive too! I have no problem paying for nice food. My friend had seafood chowder, one ladle, luke warm and couldn’t see any seafood just a bit of smoked haddock. This also wasn’t very nice and they felt quite sick after. On the tour you think there won’t be anywhere else to eat and a long day ahead but please take your own packed lunch or eat at the Giants Causeway. There is a pub there called ‘The Nook’ that looked like it did nice food, Also a hotel not sure if they do food because we didn’t go inside. We so wished we had known the name of the place we were stopping for lunch before and then could of looked at other reviews because it seems now looking after what we experienced they have also experienced the same, just how appalling and a RIP OFF THIS PLACE IS….. So many people on our tour also felt the same. I think it says it all….BEWARE and hope this review helps you not to get caught.
Not amused at all. We were braught to this restaurant by the tour guide and we had no other option than to buy something to eat, as this was the only stop that day, where we could buy some food. The food was nothing special and the prices were too high. If I knew we would be forced to eat here, I would pack my own food. Waste of money for sure.
