All my utensils were forks so it was hard to eat, but we only noticed when we were already at the office. I requested for a spoon but they didn't have any. What's the point of placing it there if they don't have it anyway? It doesn't make sense.
They stuffed soft drinks on top of food in same bag. Drinks leaked. I had Coca-Cola flavored bonchon chicken
Bonchon alabang delivered well unlike their makati branch, ill order here instead if I want to eat bonchon
The rider was very rude. Did not even smile or greet me even after I greeted him and apologized if I took too long. He also just left the food on the floor for me to pick up, and left without saying anything after I thanked him despite his rudeness. I suggest you train your riders with PROPER customer service or have him assume a different role in your company.
