El Faro - Murcia

Estuvimos por noche para tomar una copa. Sitio mágico, con mucho ambiente, música de fondo y vistas impresionantes. Mucha variedad de bebidas. También con oferta de helados por si no te apetece tomar nada de beber o acompañar la bebida con algo dulce.

Fuimos a por un batido por las opiniones que tenia, y que decir, no cabe duda que era el lugar adecuado, muy buen ambiente, camareros muy amables y el batido espectacular. Tiene una de las mejores vistas de puerto dé mazarron, si quieres tomarte algo relajado con buenas vistas, no dudéis en ir.

This Cocktail and Ice Cream Cafeteria is amazing! It is situated high up on the hill but with parking, although the car park is extremely busy. As soon as you walk in you know it is a class apart from other locations. It is spread over several levels (so be aware there are alot of steps) with plenty of tables to sit and admire the view down to the Port and over the sea. We arrived around 10pm and it just got busier and busier but the staff never failed to serve people with a smile and a friendly word and we did not wait long to be served at all. We had a Cocktail each: A President, a Porn Star Martini, and a Sex on the Beach. (8 Euros each) I have to agree that aesthetics are not particularly what you would expect, there are no adornments, sparklers, umbrellas etc and they did look quite similar to each other, but there is most definitely the alcohol content! To be honest, for me the drinks were actually secondary to the place itself. The views down to the Port and over the sea were spectacular and the whole ambience just fabulous. There is also a small pool for those who wish to cool down during the hot days. We also sampled the Ice cream and the chocolate drizzled with caramel sauce was delightful, so chocolatey! I would just say that the waffle it came on could have been warmer but a minor thing whilst I was busy soaking up the views and atmosphere. This location is most definitely worth a visit and I shall definitely return when next in the area.
