Fin Fusion Sushi - Murfreesboro

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The sushi was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. Highly recommend dining in!

1) **Avoid the Fried Rice!!** I ordered shrimp fried rice for my mother, and I was shocked to see that it arrived in a bowl meant for kids. For $14, the shrimp was cut into tiny pieces. I've never seen that before! 2) The hibachi entrees are among the smallest you'll encounter! If that's all you plan to order, you definitely won't feel full. 3) On the bright side, the safest and best option here is the sushi, which is undoubtedly some of the best in town! It was incredibly fresh! 4) I'm a fan of trying hot sake at every Japanese restaurant, and theirs was just okay—not as smooth as I would have liked. 5) There were six adults in our party, along with several children under seven and one teenager. They automatically add a 20% gratuity for groups of eight or more, and this is calculated before tax. 6) We waited nearly an hour for our food, even though there were only three other tables occupied. Was the $322 we spent worth it? It probably would have been if we had only ordered sushi and not dined as a large group.

It seems that they don't have a chef on Wednesdays. I'm not sure why they haven't hired one, but because of this, they can't prepare any food, including appetizers. Initially, they mentioned they could serve appetizers, but then we were given suggestions for items that apparently don't require a chef. Unfortunately, those options were quite disappointing; the rolls, in particular, were subpar. Overall, it was a letdown. Meal type: Dinner.

The best sushi you will ever taste! This is the only restaurant my husband and I go to. The staff is amazing, and they always provide excellent service. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10!

This restaurant offers the best sushi in town, no question about it. Our favorites are the Ninja, Love Me, and Dynamite rolls. While it is a bit on the expensive side, it’s definitely worth every penny.
