Ichiban Japanese - Murfreesboro

I just moved here from Florida almost two months ago and this is the best sushi I found in the area. It was so disappointing everywhere. The hospitality of the waiters is also on the point. Definitely recommend. So glad I finally found a good sushi spot.

Authentic food amazing service and very fresh, this place completely lives up to the hype one of the best ramen we tried in Nashville. We’ll be going back here for sure.

ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS IN NASHVILLE!!!!! Everything is soooo fresh and flavor is evenly balanced (not the usual extreme salty and sweet that you get in mainstream American restaurants). While the speciality sushi’s are amazing, I absolutely love their extensive list of appetizers. Sometimes I’ll only order from here to try everything lol. All of the noodle bowls are also so good. I haven’t tried any of the bento boxes yet but my family says it’s prefect! They also have an amazing and healthy lunch special daily. It’s impossible now for my family to eat Japanese food anywhere else besides here!!! Truly a place of quality and dedication!!!!

So good! My bento box with Teriyaki Chicken and pan seared Pot stickers was amazing! Also, the volcano roll with crab was fantastic and really refreshing to find great sushi in murfreesboro! As our first time here we will definitely be coming back soon, thank you!!

Excellent food and great portions. Had the tonkotsu ramen and two sushi rolls. Lunch is very reasonably priced at $9 to $12. Been there several times since and sample other menu items. The shoyu ramen and shogayaki are from the lunch menu. The hiyashi chuka is on the dinner menu. All were excellent.
