Valley River Brewery - Murphy

Absolutely delicious pizza! Tons of craft beer on tap, and they were all delicious! Ashley was super nice and very helpful to give insights into local attractions.

I had an excellent chicken gyro with a side salad. It comes with chips, but I chose the salad. The food was excellent. The total cost for a person lunch with a 20% size was just over $20. A little expensive for lunch with a single refill on soda and tea, but I guess that's the new standard. I'm glad I stopped.

The pizza was great, like the apples and the pumpkin beer. We enjoyed tasting their beers with the flight, and the Greek salad with gyro meat was also really good. The prices were fair $6 for a flight of 4 samples, $5.50 for Pint of cider) and the waitress was friendly and helpful.

This was the first time the River Brewery Valley. The fish and chips did not disappoint. The best I've ever eaten in a restaurant. The waitress said the bread of the fish was excellent, it was very good. Served with many home cut pommes. Also I had to taste a cup of the chicken noodle soup, Jummy. It is a small restaurant in the city, with delicious dishes. A wide selection of items to choose from. We will definitely come back.

We went on a family trip to Lake Hiwasee and drove to Murphy for dinner. We were disappointed that they weren't open on Wednesday, but found another restaurant. We came back on Friday. I am writing as we still sit here. We got the pretzel... the beer cheese was outstanding. We ordered the cheese bread... there was alot of it!! Delicious. The pizzas were outstanding! We ordered too much food, but are definitely taking it home!! Our server was fantastic, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
