Avaliação da contribuiçãoLunch is a busy time. But, someone failed to secure the top on my sole order of chicken tortilla soup. Too much of my order spilled into the bag. Ugh! Don't try to visualize what that looks like.
Today and me and my mom went to this chick fil a before I went to work , the guy that took our order was nice and everything was good .my mom ordered only the sandwich but last minute she wanted the meal so we went to the other guy that took our payment and when we went to get our food they forgot my mom fries and her drink smh ?? this black lady was complaining that we only ordered three meals but we actually ordered one more but when we told the guy that took us our payment he charged us 40$ and the lady was not understanding that we paid for 4 meals and three , chick fil a work on your experience with customers .
Likely the worst in Gwinnett. I try to avoid it unless absolutely possible. The food is fine but the customer service is average for a Chick-Fil-A and the drive through is horribly set up.
Best service from staff ever! Food is just wowlicous! (That's a new word by the way. By far the fastest place anytime of day. You should go there today and bring a friend. I like my lemonade mixed with sprite, you gotta try it!
This place is failing badly. I placed an order on the app for carry-out. I announced my arrival on the app and also told an employee as soon as I walked through the door, YET I still waited 15+ minutes for my order. That is not what the app said I would have to wait. When I got tired of waiting, I told an employee what was happening and they started shuffling through bags looking for my order. My order was found sitting in the front counter… at this point, I was pretty aggravated. I took my order and left, I did not want to waste any more time. Well, this proved to be a terrible decision. I checked my order in the car and it was completely wrong. No sauces, no silverware, etc. UGH!!!
