Having to wait 15 minutes for a turkey sandwich. Meanwhile they got 4 people working on orders. This is why I rarely come here

I used to go to Jason’s Deli almost everyday for lunch a few years ago, but the Peachtree corners location. I figured I would try this location since it’s near me. The Rueben was absolutely AWFUL!!! I mean damn, how do you make a deli sandwich bad??? The meat was dry, cheese not melted…. My son and I ended up throwing the sandwiches away and going to Publix.The dining area wasn’t very clean either.Very disappointing.

The worst of the worst!!!!! They never have enough personnel to serve customers promptly! And don’t you dare going through the drive-through!!!! You’ll be on your car for 20 minutes waiting for your order. Does not deserve a single star!!!! Where is the owner of the franchise????? Do they even have any customer service standards motto?
