Waffle House - Murphyville

Horrible....horrible....horrible!I placed an order online for pickup. The confirmation stated 17 minutes for pickup. That was enough time for me to drive there give or take 5 additional minutes. Upon arriving for pick-up instead of a instant pickup. I get my order an hour later. The service horrible. People with attitudes ??I calmly sat and waited no arguing, fussing nor cusing.Customer is a huge reason for return service. When the customer service is horrible, the power of sharing that experience is even more powerful. I promise you one thing I never took my eyes off of the cook and what was being prepared. I didn't want any special sauces I did not order added to my order.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian/Vegan all foods to include meat is cooked on the same grill.

This WH was clean, and I do mean clean (it didn't look greasy like some others). The staff was pleasant, but friendly. The food was okay, somewhat bland.... So far the WH in North Carolina got Georgia beat for taste.

I was visiting for the holidays. There was only 2 people working but they were 2 of the nicest people I met on the trip. Food was great. No complaints whatsoever!
