The food and the waitress were excellent, but unfortunately, the manager was disappointing. They refused to accept my temporary ID because they couldn't scan it, yet they didn't bother to scan my husband's ID. I can't control how long it takes for a real ID to arrive in the mail. If a temporary ID is sufficient for legal purposes, it should also be sufficient for purchasing a drink on a date night.

The food was good, especially the waffle fries. I must also commend the staff for their integrity. They were attentive and friendly, and when I accidentally left my bag at the table, they kept it safe behind the counter for me. When I came back to retrieve it, the bag was untouched. This speaks volumes about the staff's character and I was very impressed. Thank you to all of them!

I will not be returning to this restaurant. Although I understand I was dining alone and there were larger parties being served, the delay in receiving my food was unacceptable. I waited 45 minutes for my cup of soup, only to be served the wrong entree. Additionally, I had to wait 10 minutes for a tea refill. The waitress seemed to forget about me and the food quality was subpar. I enjoy trying new places and understand that restaurants can have off nights, but the lack of acknowledgment or gratitude from the staff was disappointing. After paying the bill, the waitress quickly left without saying thank you. They even asked me to rate their service on a portable credit card machine. I hope to find a better dining experience in Murray, KY.

I spent the first 2 months when I first moved here in a hotel and went to the Apple the first night. Everyone was so friendly I kept coming back. I really enjoy all the food and RG and the staff will go to great lengths to take care of you. Great folks!

The servers were a little overwhelmed so the hostesses mainly took care of us (very understandable in the restaurant business today) and she was a sweet as she could be. Food was quick, hot delicious and the beer was ice cold. Check it out. You'll likeit!
