Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe restaurant is located in a highly visible, popular area which is why I frequent it. However, they need to improve on the speed of service. During my last two visits, they have made mistakes with my orders. When I called to inform them, they did not respond or follow up. Additionally, they did not provide any compensation for the errors. The parking situation is chaotic, but manageable. Overall, the service needs improvement.
This restaurant consistently gets my order wrong. I will order multiple items in a row and they will say "ok" after each one, but when I get up to leave, I realize that they have missed a few things. Furthermore, the service is rude, especially during lunch and dinner rush. I will not be returning.
Since when did they begin putting only one thin slice of ham on the supreme crescent breakfast sandwich?
Probably the worst experience in a jack in the box. I forgot to eat. I forgot. had to return twice to fix the problems. they offered something to decide, but even the actual taste of the food was out. Love jack. only not this place.
My jack in the box experience.tonight was splendid i got high got a nice munchie for $8, absolutely delicious. but you know what was even better? the customer service! the you lady who helped me this night was annmarie. she was so nice gave me everything with a big smile, she even asked how my day was! overall 20/10 WOULD TRY AGAIN
