Buffalo cauliflower, delicious and hearty salads, bowls and lots of other healthy options. A little hard to find the restaurant as it is on the backside of the commercial building but worth locating them to try out their MANY options.

It's great. We found this place thanks to our taxi driver who called the restaurant. It is nice and cozy, we were with our 1 year old baby who could enjoy the dishes with us. Everything was fresh and delicious, colorful and refreshing. We come back for the vibes, aromas and also because their dishes and balanced and healthy, and if you travel a lot, it is so important to eat healthy food! My baby could taste every dish (but the chocolate cake), just to say how good everything was!
We had a great lunch here. Great internet for working and super cool people who understand vegan and what the best about muscat (Anthony, the manager is a big guy). A little expensive for someone with small budget, but there are nets and sides that are good in size, price and super tasty. Had the Coliflower buffalo wings, sweet patato falafel main and salad, rainbow salad and others! Rico, algunos a precio razonable y buenas porciones (los coliflower son side dishes entonces no esperes un plato para quedar lleno)
Situated in an unappealing back street. We were the only ones there for lunch and remained the only ones there. A decent enough decour and atmosphere.a good sized vegan menu, but some of the mains were not particularly appealing and nothing authentically Arabic. Which would have been nice to see. The service was a little bit indifferent throughout. They forgot some of our order, which was still charged, but they did remove it. Quite expensive for the location and in comparison to other (non hotel) food in Muscat. Food was generally tasty, with some items just average. The vegan blue cheese dip, tasted like vanilla icecream. :
