We had an amazing experience at Nobel today! Wait staff was amazing and super friendly.. I had dietary restrictions and the chef was kind enough to adjust the nacho recipe for me! It was delicious! Highly recommend

Simply divine. If you got a guy from Louisiana and a guy from Texas saying that it's the best smoked meat they have had in a long time you know it is good. Enjoyed it immensely, quick service with large portions that you will enjoy. Also sweet tea isamazing as well, wish I found this place sooner

I finally got to experience Noble today and I am still raving about it. Everything was absolutely delicious. Ribs, pulled pork, brisket mac and cheese was to die for! The coleslaw was fresh and had a nice crunch. Beans were outstanding! But let's talkabout the star of the show. The jalapeño cornbread. I have never had something like this before and I will aways want more. Iwill definitely be back!

What an amazing place to eat!! The service was fantastic, quick and friendly. We started with the nachos which were delicious! For my meal I had the pulled pork platter which came with 2 sides and 2 sauces and corn bread. The portions were generous andthe food was amazing. Definitely worth the trip!!

I would consider Noble Smokehouse the Premier up and coming BBQ Restaurant of Southeastern CT. The portions are huge and the brisket is mouth watering!! The service was top notch as well. Definitely worth checking out!! Get The Brisket Nachos!!!
