1st Pizza Direct - Nairn

I look at these reviews and wonder if the selected few have nothing better to do here than have problems that are not there. they only check the last because they found a reason to tear? we have come to this shop for years for our weekends and the workers who run it so hard to ensure that we get the best quality with a happy service. keep it young! highly recommended and many people we know will say the same!

Eating is always fresh, sometimes they have to wait for 5 minutes when the shop is quite because they cook the chips fresh for them, but it is worth waiting! the personal is friendly and the business is immaculate what is a big plus for me, as I will not eat anywhere where it goes! highly recommended!

The quality of the food was good, the place was busy and the staff kept on the zehen. we used the online booking that was good impressed to get a call to inform that it ran out of an article, so there was a wee delay from the original estimated time for picking up. there were many people who had ordered themselves for the search and new people who came in were uncertain where they waited. employees sometimes called people, but maybe something could be done to better manage it) personally friendly and helpful.

I was here a few times to order a 'mixed kebab ', but was said there was no hawn (that went for a month or so) so I gave up trying and stayed away from the place for one because, I decided to try one last time and finally got the mixed kebab. I don't know how long they keep the donating meat, but it was unusable, stealing rays come into a softer shape to be completely honest, jet fuel could not melt that meat.

Had a pizza and been absolutely ill it was all burnt too like black.. Threw it to birds ita nor fresh dough either premade pizza bases and ran by a lot of kids. Contact the so called owner who's the delivery driver and he says that he will contact the manger of the shop. I paid £6 for a pizza that's absolutely tiny but was disgusting. The attitude they clearly don't care about customer service as I explained I was on holiday and that i was now on way back home he offered me a free pizza next time I'm there but I explained after my experience I wouldn't take the risk as iv really felt unwell and now my messages are being read but ignored I would rather of sorted it out than to leave bad reviews but iv no other option stay clear of them..
