We waited an hour after our initial 30-minute wait, and when we inquired about our table, they informed us that only two parties were ahead of us. However, they then proceeded to call eight more guests to their tables before us. They mentioned that a company event was taking place that day, which seemed to throw everything into disarray. The food was disappointing and not up to their usual standard, but I will say that our server was polite.

The dining experience was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. I understand the nationwide shortage of workers, so I am quite patient about it. The evening we visited was quite busy, but it wasn’t an issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It brought back memories of when I used to take my children when they were younger. We always made sure to buy something before we left. Those were such good days. In the blink of an eye, all four of them have grown up. I can't wait to take my granddaughter there!

The dining experience was terrible, and the service was even worse. I would never return to this restaurant. I understand that poor service might be common these days, but if they are short-staffed, they should inform the customers about the situation so they can make an informed decision.

The server eventually brought me three spoons, but she just dropped them off and ran away, taking another 10 minutes to return. It only got worse from there! While we were still waiting, the same server seated a man who arrived after us. Within just five minutes, he received his food, cutlery, and a drink, while we were still left without any utensils. I had to get up and ask for silverware myself! I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you just want to visit the gift shop, which was actually pretty cool. The pictures below include the man who was served in just five minutes, the spoons that were tossed down by the staff, and the cookies that were stale and hard. Overall, the portion sizes didn’t match the high prices, and our server’s name was, quite frankly, forgotten.

I walked in with low expectations, expecting just another chain Southern restaurant in Idaho. But to my surprise, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience! The service was fantastic; they checked on us every 15 minutes. The food was delicious—I'd give the fried chicken a perfect 10/10, and the lemon trout and steak fries were also great. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were a bit less impressive, around 7 or 8/10. I wouldn't recommend the green beans if you prefer them fresh, but they were still tasty. Overall, we left happy!
