Tim Hortons - Nanaimo

This restaurant has the best location in town—it's a thousand times better than the Uplands location. The management here is impressive, and everything is well-organized with excellent customer service. Because great customer service really matters!

Many Tim Hortons locations in the area typically permit customers to use the restroom without making a purchase first. However, at this specific location, you are required to place an order before you can access the bathroom.

In 2019, I found myself in urgent need of a restroom, so I went to this Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, the washroom door was locked. When I asked if they could unlock it, they told me I needed to make a purchase first. The next day, I returned to the same Tim Hortons and witnessed a man walk in asking to use the restroom. To my surprise, they allowed him to go without requiring him to buy anything first.

I had the consistently worst coffee I've ever had at Tim Hortons. It tasted like water, and I won't be going back. On the bright side, the customer service in the mornings is quite good.

I had a wonderful experience at this Tim Horton's, all thanks to the outstanding service from a gentleman there. The service was prompt and of exceptional quality. This location really knows how to excel. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!
