Very good table, I still remember my first gift to the escinade on 15 years chef restaurant, it is always as good with even more flavor and details the associations are perfect. The service is upstairs and I love it in the center of Nantes.
You must know how to go to this restaurant that does not clearly display these assets (from the sidewalk). And it's not worse, the place seems a bit confidential, apart from the hyper center of Nantes, and yet it would deserve a "central place". The place is first a large bourgeois residence transformed and transformed into a gastro restaurant. The dining room is large, with tables not tight and spaced. Simple but welcoming decoration. The waiters will welcome you with a big smile at your entrance to the restaurant. Terrace available away from city noises and you almost believed in the countryside. Tasting menu (a blind, 5 dishes including 2 entries and 1 dessert) for 60€. The kitchen is very well worked, wanted. Quality products are available: lobster, sometimes fat... the accompaniment of the wines offered by the sommelier is just and also at the rendezvous. The trims, the presentation are not extravagant but just "just". Start again.
Of course. For me, it's the best. The frame is beautiful. The staff is nice. And the kitchen is excellent. We will close our eyes, because we are sure to treat ourselves and come out satisfied. Only flat, the parking lot that cannot satisfy all their customers.
Lunch with family very good reception, beautiful setting the reputation keeps its promises menu to 44€
