Fatted Calf - Napa

It's a delightful experience, in the best way possible! I found myself unable to resist trying a little bit of everything they offered as samples, and it was all absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the lamb and roast beef, but honestly, everything I tasted was fantastic, and you can't go wrong with any of their dishes.

If you're a meat lover your going to love Fatted Calf ,This place is a true gem for anyone who appreciates top-quality meats and house-cured items made with care and attention to detail.

This is an insanely good store where you can buy different kinds of meat cuts. We savored their charcuterie board with its pickled veggies and aged cheese. The ham went perfectly well with the cheese. The staff are passionate and they also sell fun merchandise and quirky things like twines. There were quite a few customers when we were there and I can understand why!

This shopping experience is fantastic, especially with the selection of meat, bread, and pantry items. I discovered canned tuna from San Diego, a fresh Acme baguette, and a wonderful variety of meats. Next time, I’ll dedicate more time to exploring the oils and condiments available.

We purchase regularly at the Napa store. Today, we purchased the corned beef which I prepared for dinner. May I say we all voted best corned beef ever!! The brining seasoning was excellent. Highly recommend!!
