Papa Joe's Pizza - Napa

I have to say, I've loved Papa Joe's since I was a child. After today, I've lost all faith. 1st... I left a note not to knock, so what does this guy do? Knocks hella loud, which in turn makes my dog crazy. I get the door, make the exchange, and think I'm done... guy comes back... knocks on the door AGAIN. He had given me the wrong pizza. No harm, no foul.... we get the pizza and salad... I looked inside the box. It looks like someone carried it sideways, squishing one side to the side of the box. Ok. Fine... we start picking out pizza slices. There is no uniformity to the pieces, some of which are an inch long. Some were 4 inches! Ok. Fine... we sit down to eat, and 1/2 of the pizza is burnt. Half the pizza was not cooked through. I don't know if they have cucumbers, but my salad tasted like it. It was sub-par. I'm really hoping the owners see this and please up your game. You're the best pizza in town, and everyone knows it.

Best pizza around! I stop by here for my daughter every time I pass through Napa. Still making great pie since I was a kid. Their homemade ranch is fantastic.
