Burger was horrible fries were ok.Back to just going there just for ice cream.

The food was served hot and fresh! The server brought the food to our table when it was ready and was very friendly. The food was very good, and the portion sizes were decent.

The food is generally quite good, and the service is friendly. However, the inside tables are not always cleaned thoroughly.

I paid $18 for a bacon ranch burger with poutine and a drink combo. I watched as my burger was put together by hand, but everything came from containers and was neither hot nor fresh. It was then placed in a box and microwaved for 3-4 minutes to warm it up. Unfortunately, the poutine was just as cold as the drink, and the fries tasted stale, as if they had been sitting around for a while. I should have asked for my money back because this was definitely the worst fast food experience I've had, and I've had some bad ones. However, the staff member was nice, and I didn't want to embarrass her in front of other customers.
