Domino's Pizza - Naperville

We often order pizza from this restaurant, but this time the pizza tasted bad. I called to inform them, but the manager was extremely rude and blamed us for leaving the pizza open, saying that's why it tasted bad. I will not be ordering pizza from this restaurant again.

The restaurant refused to deliver our order to our car, even though they offer curbside service, and proceeded to argue with us. We are not interested in their free pizza or engaging in arguments. This was the worst service experience! The staff should learn to respect their customers and their time.

After sustaining a serious back injury, I decided to order a pizza for pickup at a restaurant. I arrived at the designated time, but after waiting for 30 minutes, my order still hadn't been fulfilled. Despite being in extreme pain, I got out of my car and went inside to inquire about my order. I was told that it would be ready soon and brought out to me. After another 15 minutes, a staff member came out to inform me that they had made a mistake with my order and it would be out shortly. To make a long story short, after nearly two hours of waiting, I still hadn't received my pizza, was in a significant amount of pain, and had to leave without it. To make matters worse, I had already been charged by Dominos and never received an apology. When I called the restaurant to inquire about my order later, I was falsely informed that it had been completed. This experience clearly demonstrated that neither Dominos nor the staff cared about their customers.

One of my favorite pizzas. available everywhere in the country. they have much to do. more reasonable price. I order the online app. they deliver quickly. next to the pizza, also her garlic bread is very delicious. they have all different crust options like thinking, handmade or pan and of course with different meat and non-meat toppings. the back time was timely. the supplier has nice, friendly and they really took care of my order not to ruin the pizza! first class customer service. I recommend very dominos pizza. when I always long for pizza dominos is my first choice. because I'm always happy for what I'm doing to dominos.

Can't beat the $7.99 for a large 3 topping pizza deal. Would be nice to get more quantity in the topping Online app order tracking are excellent features
