Jimmy John's - Naples

I can not believe that during this pandemic the employees preparing the food were not wearing a mask! Will not be back.

Extremely rude staff. Very unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Poor Hygiene social skills.

I don?t think I have ever had a sandwich made here that was exactly what I ordered. They even once delivered a sandwich that was a sub roll with a piece of cheese on it to my house clearly a mistaken order, which they admitted to, but didn?t call and sent it anyways. Wish there was another one closer to my home and I wouldn?t use this one. Normally love jimmy johns!

This is the slowest Jersey Mike's I've experienced in Naples so far. I ordered through the mobile app and ended up waiting 10 minutes in an empty restaurant.
