Avaliação da contribuiçãoFrom several ingredients, only to use online orders, each order seems to make 15 min, and it is difficult to substantiate. I'm waiting for my order for the last 50min. that is not a thing that I have made similar experiences at this particular place. management, please do something about it. it seems obvious that nothing has been done, therefore the overwhelming amount of negative assessments on this site and the answer to any negative review is the same.
The device is clean in the interior, the service is good and the prices are reasonable. it is conveniently placed in a place with many different companies. However, the parking lot tends to sometimes be overcrowded. here are the content of my latest online order and my reviews for every article: burrito 8.5/10 solid, the ingredients tasted fresh and it was properly wrapped/prepared. organic limonade: 8/10 delicious small side of queso: 6.5/10 it was free because my order over $10 that was beautiful. it is very creamy and cesty that I enjoy. but I still prefer moes. chips: 4,5/10 they do not put many chips in the pocket and they need to pay extra for them while they are free at moe’s. the one over them, they had a nice taste to them. total: ~7/10, 4 out of 5 stars, I would eat here again.
After 1 o'clock on Sunday it was about the discovery of the personal only online ordering. frustrating. (I ran away in the past). I took the time to order online for 3 people. the wait between ordering and picking was short and the order was correct, but it seemed that our product experiences with online ordering is different from making our food while we are in line; as smaller amounts of ingredients. could be my fantasy. the food was in order what they would expect. I prefer to see the personal experience how my eating was created according to my specifications.
I order online from chipotle all the time, and my order is often ready before the 10 minutes they have to make. my order should be finished at 6:30. I have my burrito at 19 o'clock. there were 8 employees behind the counter, and when I was there, only a few people were in front of me. I don't know how the service could be so slow. I have a veggie burrito and it had no veggies! only a lot of rice and sour looked. don't go here.
At least today I walked away with food. .. Most of the times I have attempted to go to this Chipotle it has been closed unexpectedly, systems down or a delayed opening.Today- they were “only accepting online orders” which has also happened to me before at this location. I told the woman I have an issue with the app on my phone and she just looked at me without responding. I ended up ordering through the website, which she could have told me was an option, which was luckily worked and waited for my food at a high top.BUT lo and behold, they started taking walk in orders no more than 5 minutes later….Why couldn’t they accept them when I walked in? People that got there after me were leaving more quickly through the line and I had originally intended to pay in cash.Going here is a gamble. The North Nashua location isn’t better. I can say I’m officially and fully converting to California Burrito because they are at least clean, nice, yummy but mostly RELIABLE.
