Krystal - Nashville

The person at the theke was very rude and around 2 o'clock was the ice machine for cleaning (real! that should be done near the closure)and had to wait until a few minutes to get a refill on a drink.

Saturday 6-25-22 6:20pM at the location: 6940 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209 the guy working the drive thru was rude and interrupted us and didn't understand the proper ways to take a simple order. We came there once on the way to the airport and flustered drove away to ensure my family made their flight on time. We came back on the way back and tried making the same order once more and the same guy with annoying cocky remarks was at the window again. We mentioned considering reporting him to corporate and his response was hallelujah. My wife had been through this location three days ago and got the nicer employee, she was excited to share this experience today with us just to have it all ruined by a bad employee that could care less about any negative experiences he creates for return Krystall customers.

The first time in a very long time the food was hot and the service was quick.
