Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis is not a disparaging account of the employees but of The Jack in The Box Corp. They continue to underpay the people they employ and can't find enough associates to staff a store in a proper manner. This leads to overworked stressed out and sometimes angry employees. This is the reason you will wait for almost half an hour for an order. I am very familiar with all the restaurant chains from friends and family and working for Uber and door dash. Employees from these chains are treated so poorly it should be illegal what is done to them, please try and remember when the order is wrong or takes what seems like a lifetime to get your food many times it's the upper management in the corporation that keeps people from making a living wage and they can live like kings. Any chance you have to call over receiving good service and food will you take the time to call or only when you feel slighted?
Good food for a decent price. It was my first time at Jack in The Box and the manager, Alex, was an amazing guy. Good to talk to and was very respectful. Will visit again
5 minutes to 10pm. Rep on mic says we are doing shift change it will be about 10 to 15 minutes. Then she tells me I can't wait in the drive thru cause it was making the counter go up. We wait in the parking lot 15 minutes. 3 cars go around. We hear her tell the car ahead of us. It will be 30 minutes. Why not close instead of lying to people. If I could provide negative numbers I would.
It's a Jack in the Box. About what you would expect.
Arrived at 9:54pm was told they were switching over register, I asked how long it would be they said 45 minutes, I know from experience it does not take that long to do that, I thought this place would change after new owners but this is the same old problem it is supposed to be 24 hours open, this is very disappointing clearly the owner needs new employees who understand they're jobs
